Booking Fees
A booking fee of £50 is required to secure all consultation appointments.
As a busy clinic, appointment availability is often limited. The booking fee helps us reserve dedicated time for your appointment and reduce missed appointments.
Is the booking fee refundable?
No. Booking fees are non-refundable.
However, if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, and you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date within 3 months of the original appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited.
Why do we charge a booking fee?
Booking fees allow us to reserve appointment time specifically for you. When appointments are cancelled at short notice or missed, it can be difficult to offer that time to another patient.
Our booking fee policy helps us manage our diary fairly while continuing to provide high-quality care and appointment availability for all patients.
What happens if I proceed with treatment?
For consultations that lead to treatment, the £50 booking fee is redeemable against the cost of the treatment if carried out within 3 months.
Booking fees are linked to the specific appointment they were paid for and cannot be transferred between separate bookings.
What if I am late?
We understand that delays can occasionally happen. If you believe you may be running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled. In these circumstances, the booking fee may be forfeited at the clinic’s discretion, depending on whether the appointment can still be accommodated without impacting other patients.
Consultation Fees
The £50 booking fee acts as your consultation fee. This fee covers the practitioners’ time and expertise during your consultation and is redeemable against treatment performed on the same day where applicable.
By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
