We are seeking an experienced

AESTHETICIAN

Location: Emily Kerrison Aesthetics Clinic, Brighton
Contract Type: Full-Time (37.5hrs/wk)

Emily Kerrison Aesthetics Clinic is a leading medical aesthetics service provision committed to delivering exceptional skin health results through evidence-based treatments, cutting-edge technology, and a patient-focused approach.

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Aesthetician to support the clinic’s ongoing growth.

You will be responsible for delivering advanced skin consultations and results-driven treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You will play a key role in contributing to treatment development and enhancing the clinic’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth skin consultations, assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic skin treatments (e.g., HydraFacial, microneedling, Chemical peels, energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation, non-ablative laser treatments and laser hair removal).
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and skincare regimes for patients.
  • Provide expert advice on clinical-grade skincare and support retail sales.
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and uphold all necessary compliance standards.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in medical aesthetics.
  • Support promotional events, marketing content, and educational initiatives as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Advanced Skin/Aesthetics.
  • Experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting.
  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and clinical skincare.
  • Confident in delivering high-end treatments 
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
  • A proactive, professional, and positive attitude.

Desirable Experience (Non-Essential)

  • Experience working with brands such as Obagi is desirable.
  • Laser safety certification and experience using energy-based devices.
  • Experience in sales and retail of medical-grade skincare.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience within a team environment.
