BOOK A TREATMENT
FAQ’s
Why do I need to do a consultation?
Emily needs to check your general health and advise on the treatments that will work best for you in order to meet your needs and expectations.
Some treatments require a prescription. Fortunately, Emily is a fully qualified Nurse Prescriber and can prescribe your treatment during your consultation.
We encourage you to read our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Customer Care pages before booking.
Is the consultation free?
Consultation fee is £50
The good news is that the consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment.
You have nothing to lose in taking time to decide. We are not going anywhere and would far rather you make the right decision rather than a rushed one.
About booking deposits
Deposits are charged at a minimum of £50.
We are an incredibly busy clinic and are often at capacity which means you may have a short wait to book an appointment.
If you decide you no longer want to attend your appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow another patient to have the appointment.
Cancellations made before 48 hours may be refundable.
Is the deposit refundable If I want to change or cancel my consultation?
Yes, your deposit is refundable providing you have given us 48 hours notice.
With enough notice, we can postpone your appointment and transfer your deposit to the new appointment date.
